Teacher Training
Our 200 Hour Teacher Training is for yoga teachers, healthcare providers, and those working closely with clients. This program equips you with skills to incorporate the Restore, Reset, Rewire framework into your practice, enhancing your ability to support diverse needs & trauma. You'll learn how to engage the nervous system, vagus nerve, utilise somatic practices, and promote emotional regulation.
